Through my experience with customers & channel partners over a period of 27 years, I’ve developed the skills to see patterns and connections, logically solve problems, and identify problems early on.
Furthermore, I realised what motivates me is both enabling others to thrive and succeed, as well as taking on tough challenges. I am looking for the opportunity to connect these pieces to create real value for my team and business.

- Finally, I am considered someone who is not afraid to push. I will point out the elephant in the room, and, if I feel it’s warranted, am willing to disagree with the popular consensus to make sure the right thing gets done.
