Nevill Nguyen – CEO, Managing Director

I have over 15 years of management experience in the software industry. In less than 03 years, growing PowerGate Software from a team of less than 10 developers to hundreds of software engineers, with ~ 100% growth annually.
Before PowerGate Software, I also managed a large development team with multi-hundreds software engineers for UK and US markets. Before that, I founded 2 other software product companies, which were acquired by large corporations.
Throughout my career, my roles have encompassed programming, software architecture design, project management, training, sales, marketing, and operational management, where I have held a number of senior roles.
I’m a certified PMP project & program manager, Agile/Scrum master, and have a strong background in customer service excellence.
